Our Mission:
The mission of Realizing Genius is to support homeschool families by providing resources that will help them realize and share their individual genius.
With our Realizing Genius Homeschool Conference (formerly called the Transformational Education Conference), we are focusing on providing connections that will inspire parents and educators (primarily in the homeschooling realm). We know that as parents and educators we have the awesome responsibility to not only educate ourselves but also our students and children. As individuals gain knowledge, they are better equipped to strengthen their families and communities. They are able to search for and find their purpose or genius, in themselves and their children, and then to nurture these so they can be effectively shared with others.

Our first conference in 2013 was in February because Heidi noticed a cycle. She saw many homeschool moms (including herself) were totally burned out after the holidays and they needed some inspiration to make it to the end of the school year. The homeschooling community is awesome and veterans and vendors have been happy to share their genius to breathe life into fellow homeschoolers. We try and hold the conference near the end of February or beginning of March each year.

Summer is homeschool convention time! So why a webinar?
First of all, I’m going to be at conventions this summer! Come by and see me at the Great Homeschool Conventions in California and Texas.
And secondly, you are busy during summer. Hopefully you are getting out and having fun with your kids (and going to all the other conventions and conferences!)
A webinar is something I can use to connect with you when you have time.
Last year I did a successful five-day challenge sharing systems that have helped me over the years. I called it “Sanity Saving Systems.” I’m in the process of putting them together to share with you here. I will be announcing the topic of my next webinar after the conference.
